Social Investment Scotland (SIS): Retail Academy 2019
Social Investment Scotland (SIS) is delighted to offer social enterprises, with products suitable for retail and corporate markets, a rare opportunity to attend our Retail Academy 2019. There are a limited number of fully funded places (excluding travel and personal expenses) for social enterprises based in Scotland.
SIS Retail Academy 2019 will provide 20 individuals with places at our expert, residential training academy for social entrepreneurs looking to scale their impact by accessing significant retail and corporate markets. This is the third Retail Academy for social enterprises, and this year it is taking place in Falkirk, Scotland. It has been made possible through the generous support of the Scottish Government and Asda.
SIS Retail Academy 2019 aims to inspire, offer practical insight and knowledge and the opportunity to meet with retail and corporate buyers who will provide expert feedback and may wish to develop a future buyer-supplier relationship.
The programme includes a mix of teaching, expert panels and speakers, store and warehouse visit, keynote speaker and peer-led dinners, and pitching to buyers. It is designed to provide the very best training, guidance and support for social entrepreneurs.
There are only 20 places available, so check out Social Investment Scotland’s website to learn more and apply. Learn more here.
